In every organization there is a myriad of steps taken, daily, weekly, monthly or even just yearly, that are necessary to achieve the organization’s goals. Many of these practices are at odds with each other and are not integrated and efficient. We will look at how these practices interact and who does these steps. The view is to see where there is room to improve.

The best policies and procedures are but a starting point. The underlying organizational structure must be aligned to efficiently execute and the individual employees must be motivated for the organization to succeed. The important steps in any organization are usually documented in procedures. These procedures are vital to ensuring that the organization is consistently successful. We will look at the procedures to see if they are complied with and, if not, why not. We will look at whether it is a problem with the procedure or other factors with a view of making the procedures support the work.

High risk industries are regulated by one or more level of government. We understand the complexity of these rules and regulations. We also understand that they are often overlapping, multi faceted and can be contradictory. We help our clients make sense of this environment. We also help our clients determine which rules and regulations they may be able to influence for the betterment of the industry and how to implement these changes.
